Mahagun Group was founded in 1995 by Mr. Pawan Kumar Jain and is headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Operating as a conglomerate with interests in residential real estate, commercial development, and hospitality, the group has spent over three decades building its presence across the National Capital Region. Its primary geography spans Noida, Greater Noida West, the Noida Expressway corridor, and Ghaziabad — four distinct NCR markets that together account for a significant share of the region's housing demand. The group's official profile records delivered development of approximately 15.76 million sq ft covering around 11,500 residential units, alongside hotels and commercial spaces.

Mahagun's signature approach centres on what the group calls a simple operating principle: deliver what is committed. Every project is built on a stated framework of honesty, transparency, integrity, and strict adherence to quality standards. The group maintains an in-house team of engineers, space planners, and project managers rather than outsourcing core execution, which gives it direct control over construction timelines and finish quality. Multiple projects across the portfolio have been designed in collaboration with renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, whose work on Mahagun Mywoods, Mahagun Meadows, Mahagun Mirabella, and Mahagun Moderne brought international design sensibility to NCR residential addresses.

The portfolio spans the full residential spectrum — from mid-segment apartments at Crossings Republic to ultra-luxury sky residences in the M Collection series. Completed landmarks include Mahagun Villas in Vaishali (handed over 2004–05), Mahagun Manor at Sector 50 Noida (2005–06), Mahagun Mansion in Indirapuram (2006–07), Mahagun Maestro and Morpheus at Sector 50 (2007–08), Mahagun Mosaic in Vaishali (2009–10), and Mahagun Maple at Sector 50 (2011–12). More recent completed projects include the IGBC Gold-rated Mahagun Mywoods on 35 acres at Sector 16C, Greater Noida West, and the golf-centric Mahagun Meadows at Sector 150. Commercial work includes Mahagun Metro Mall in Vaishali, which received a best-mall recognition from the India Today Group, and the Mywoods Mart retail complex.

The second generation of leadership — Mr. Amit Jain and Mr. Pawan Jain — introduced the M Collection, a series of ultra-luxury addresses beginning with Mahagun Mezzaria at Sector 78 Noida, described internally as luxury in mid-air over a ten-acre landscaped plot, with double-height ceilings and VRF air-conditioning. The M Collection has since expanded to include Mahagun Manorialle, Mahagun Medalleo at Sector 107, and Mahagun My Laagoon at Sector 12, Greater Noida West.
